About

I’m originally from Isla de Margarita, Venezuela, where I began my career in the hotel industry. In 2017, I made a tough but necessary decision — to walk away from a promising role as a hotel manager at one of the country’s top five-star hotels. With the rising inflation, even a good salary wasn’t enough to sustain a stable life.So I took a leap and entered the world of remote work. I started as a WordPress web designer and virtual assistant, working with clients ranging from a handyman agency in California to a Canadian writer, an international insurance company, and several 7-figure eCommerce stores. That chapter taught me everything from automation and email marketing to supplier management, paid advertising, and financial analysis. In early 2018, I joined iWorker, a social enterprise on a mission to connect talented professionals from crisis-stricken countries — especially Venezuela — with businesses abroad. Back then, we were fewer than 10 people. I began recruiting English-speaking professionals in Venezuela, and within a year, we had over 200.
Today, iWorker has grown to a team of over 600 remote workers and has helped more than 2,000 people access meaningful, sustainable work opportunities. It’s become more than just a job — it’s a way to create real change in people’s lives. That purpose drove me to go all in, and I’ve never looked back.
By 2023, I felt the urge to get back into paid media — I missed the strategy, the creativity, the adrenaline of PPC and Meta Ads. That’s when I launched Lumini, my boutique digital marketing agency, and explored new eCommerce ventures. I’m also building out a YouTube channel, where I’ll be sharing stories from this journey — navigating entrepreneurship, remote work, and personal growth along the way.Today, I’m permanently based in Mendoza, Argentina, though I take full advantage of the remote lifestyle and travel often to discover new places and cultures.
I hold a degree in Public Accounting and a Master’s in Digital Marketing, Analytics, and UX.
More than anything, I’m passionate about building things that help others grow — personally, professionally, and globally.
